LOW FAQ

Are the LOW tickets valid on all routes?
LOW is only valid on your direct flights on our Denmark and NORD routes. (Faroe Islands and to/from Copenhagen, Billund, Aalborg, Edinburgh, Reykjavík and Bergen.)

Are LOW tickets always available?
It depends on the availability on the chosen flights. We have a limited number of LOW tickets on our different flights.

Are there any discounts on the LOW tickets?
Yes, children under the age of 12 receive a 50% discount of the base price; infants a 90% discount

Can I change/cancel my LOW ticket?
Yes, date and destination changes cost 500DKK pr. change + possible price difference. If you want to change the name on the ticket, you will be charged 600DKK.

Eg. if you want to change date and destination you will be charged 1100DKK + possible price difference.

Can I get my ticket refunded?
LOW is non-refundable. We offer a 24 hour money-back guarantee on all tickets bought on atlantic.fo or at our Customer Service, should you regret your purchase, though at the latest three hours before departure. Taxes on unused tickets are refundable.
After 24 hours; refunds are subject to service charges.
Please consider if you need cancellation insurance in case of an unexpected situation which could hinder your travel. Contact your preferred insurance company to hear more.

What if I fail to show up for my departure (No-show)?
If you fail to show up for your scheduled departure with a LOW ticket, this part of your trip is lost.
This is also the case for all connecting travels within the same ticket number. (E.g. Faroe Islands – Copenhagen – London. Your connecting tickets will be lost as well.)

How much luggage can I bring on a LOW ticket?
Adults and children (2-11 y.o.) can check-in one piece checked baggage weighing up to 23 kg plus one piece of cabin baggage weighing maximum 8 kg.
Infants without a seat, which have not reached the age of 2 years, can check-in one piece checked baggage weighing up to 23 kg.
If your return trip starts with another carrier (connecting flight) please check with the relevant airline for their luggage policy.

Can I pre-book seats when I book a LOW ticket?
Yes, it is is possible to pre-book seats when booking a LOW ticket for an extra cost of 75 DKK pr. seat.
