The cheapest fares are always found in our online booking engine. This means you may find tickets are less expensive online than in your quoted group ticket price, but quote for group-fares includes higher flexibility regarding name changes and payment.

Please note: All traveler names must be sent to us via e-mail no later than ten days before departure. Passenger name has to correspond to the name written in the passport.

Terms and conditions for group travel

PASSENGERS	Group discounts are available for groups of 10 passengers or more, travelling on the same flight. Excluding infants under two years of age at the time of travel.
PAYMENT	Group tickets must be paid in full within 30 days of departure. A non-refundable deposit of DKK200 per passenger applies.
NAMES	The names of all passengers must be provided no later than 10 days before departure. The names entered must correspond exactly to the names on the passports.
PRINTING	Group tickets must be issued no later than 72 hours before departure.
CHANGES	Travel dates and destinations can be changed free of charge until the full payment has been made. However, any fare difference must be paid. Once the full payment has been received, these changes incur a fee of DKK 200 per passenger, plus any possible fare difference. 24 hours or less before departure these changes incur a fee of DKK 500 per passenger. Name changes are allowed at no fee 24 hours or more before departure. A DKK 600 fee applies to name changes between 24 and two hours prior to departure. Name changes are not allowed less than two hours before departure. Accommodation and other transport arrangements cannot be changed four weeks or less prior to departure.
CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS	A full refund (- deposit) is available 30 days or more before departure.
BAGGAGE ALLOWANCE	One piece (max. 23kg) per passenger + handluggage (max. 8kg) + computer- or handbag.
REMEMBER	Passport Travel and cancellation insurance. It is the passengers' responsibility to ensure that names and travel times are correct. Possible errors must be reported immediately.
